Samantha Bolton

Lawyer

Samantha is a Senior Family Lawyer at Butler McDermott Lawyers, commencing her employment in 2007 and was admitted to practice law in Queensland in 2008.   Samantha holds a dual degree of Bachelor of Laws and Criminology and Criminal Justice from Griffith University.

Samantha is presently a member of the Queensland Law Society and is an Entrant on the Role of Practitioners in the High Court of Australia.

Samantha is also a member of the Independent Children’s Lawyer Panel and Separate Representative Panel of Legal Aid Queensland, and the Family Law Practitioners Association of Queensland (FLPA).

Samantha has been a committee member, former president and current volunteer Solicitor for the Suncoast Community Legal Service, and is a current committee member of the Sunshine Coast Law Association.

Samantha regularly advises on general and specific family law issues and is available to assist in all family law related matters including financial matters, children's issues, spousal maintenance, child support, child support agreements, child protection matters, or domestic violence disputes.
