Simone Pearce - Partner

Simone has been practicing as a solicitor since 1994 and commenced working at the firm in the same year. Simone became a partner of the firm in 1999.

Simone has experience in a wide range of areas of litigation but currently concentrates in the areas of Family Law, Estates and Estate Litigation. Simone has extensive experience in all forms of Family disputes including Property Settlement and Children’s matters. Simone is a qualified Independent Children’s Lawyer and Accredited Mediator.

As Chair for Nambour Alliance Inc, Simone was instrumental in the innovative association's inception and has been involved in the development of a number of committees including the Events Committee, Markets Committee, Nambour Alive Event and the Support Local Business Campaign.

Simone has been involved with a number of boards including the Tourism Transition Advisory Board for the Sunshine Coast, the Queensland and Sunshine Coast Touch Football Associations as well as the Kawana Touch Football Executive Committee.  She is also Chair of the Judiciary for Kawana Touch and has been a member of the Judiciary for more than 15 years.  Simone remains the Honorary Solicitor for the Sunshine Coast Netball Association.

Recently Simone was appointed as a Board Member for Sundale.
